Family-owned and operated by the Young family, Natalie and Matthew Young are proud to bring Subcontain to the Greater North Houston area, including Spring, The Woodlands, and Conroe — communities they have proudly called home their entire lives.

As longtime residents deeply rooted in the community, the Young family understands the importance of keeping neighborhoods and businesses clean, safe, and welcoming. As parents with children attending schools in Conroe Independent School District, they are passionate about building a business that not only serves the community today, but can one day be passed down for generations to come.

Matthew brings more than 21 years of experience in transportation and the waste industry, beginning his career with Allied Waste. Over the years, he developed extensive knowledge in operations, logistics, and customer service, while also owning and operating his own trucking business for six years. Known for his respectful, caring, and ambitious personality, Matthew has built lasting relationships everywhere he’s worked. Customers regularly ask for him by name, and many have become longtime friends through the trust and care he brings to every interaction.

Natalie’s background combines banking, finance, supply chain, and information technology experience, giving her a unique blend of analytical and problem-solving skills. After working as a user of the enterprise system she now specializes in, she transitioned into IT and helped support a multinational company’s first system implementation in Mexico — learning along the way and helping businesses become more efficient and successful. Natalie enjoys solving challenges for customers and finds genuine fulfillment in helping others improve and grow.

Together, Natalie and Matthew chose Subcontain because they believe the waste industry was ready for innovation. They are passionate about providing cleaner, safer, and more aesthetically pleasing waste solutions that help businesses and communities look better, smell better, and operate more efficiently. Beyond improving appearance, Subcontain’s in-ground systems help reduce odors while creating new opportunities for businesses to elevate their properties and branding.
