Subcontain Southern Coastal CT is a family owned partnership led by Andrew and Michele Campbell, who are dedicated to modernizing southern Connecticut’s waste infrastructure. By introducing the high efficiency Molok systems as a superior alternative to traditional dumpsters, the Campbells focus on creating cleaner, safer, and more attractive environments for local businesses, apartments, entertainment venues, and municipalities.
Andrew leverages his extensive background leading global technology teams at GE, Xerox, and Terex to deliver operational excellence and data driven reliability. Michele, a Connecticut native with a
strong administrative foundation, ensures the business remains grounded in exceptional customer service and community accountability. Together, they bring a solution oriented approach to modernize waste management in the state they have proudly called home.

Andrew Campbell is a seasoned leader with a track record of driving operational excellence and exceptional customer experiences. Having managed global technology teams for major organizations including GE, Xerox, and Terex, Andrew brings real world know-how for problem solving and execution to Subcontain Southern Coastal Connecticut. He is dedicated to introducing cleaner, more efficient waste solutions to southern Connecticut through the modern Molok systems.
A resident of Fairfield, Andrew is committed to delivering a more attractive and dependable service for his Connecticut neighbors. When he isn’t optimizing waste management for local businesses and municipalities, he enjoys exploring the Connecticut coast and staying active in the community he and his family call home.
Michele Campbell

Michele Campbell brings a wealth of organizational expertise and a deep rooted commitment to her community to Subcontain Southern Coastal Connecticut. Michele’s early career included managing commercial properties and helping run an accounting center for General Electric in Florida. For the past two decades, she has channeled her administrative and operational skills into managing her household and raising her family.
Today, she partners with her husband, Andrew, to provide local clients with a superior, more sustainable alternative to traditional waste management. Michele is passionate about improving the local landscape and prides herself on building the strong, reliable relationships that define their family owned business.
